We know you are busy and we understand how life and excuses often get in the way of committing to a structured and consistent workout strategy. Our program is designed to offer everything required in a fitness regimen, helping you to remain dedicated to your goals and continue to achieve results.
Each camp session comprises four weeks of workout instruction, advice on what to do on non-camp days, and daily motivation provided by a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.
Women of all sizes, ages and abilities are welcome. Some campers are working on fat and weight- loss, some are starting a new fitness program, others are looking for something new and exciting. Regardless of your fitness level, Carlsbad Boot Camp for Women is for you!
