Carlsbad Boot Camp for Women is an outdoor fitness program designed for a woman's unique and specific needs! We know you are busy and we understand how life and excuses often get in the way of committing to a structured and consistent workout strategy. Our program is designed to offer everything required in a fitness regimen, helping you to remain dedicated to your goals and continue to achieve results.

Each camp session comprises four weeks of workout instruction, nutritional advice, and daily motivation provided by a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Camp is held for one hour per day; 3, 4 and 5 days per week (you will achieve better results the more often you attend). We meet first thing in the morning so that exercise is complete, your metabolism gets its daily boost and there is no time for excuses or distractions to get in the way.

Women of all sizes, ages and abilities are welcome. Some campers are working on fat and weight- loss, some are starting a new fitness program, others are looking for something new and exciting. Regardless of your fitness level, Carlsbad Boot Camp for Women is for you!
