Wellness Revival Training & Boot Camp  is an outdoor fitness program designed for a your unique and specific needs! We know you are busy and we understand how life and excuses often get in the way of committing to a structured and consistent workout strategy. Our program is designed to offer everything required in a fitness regimen, helping you to remain dedicated to your goals and continue to achieve results.

Variety is the spice of life at Wellness Revival Training & Boot Camp. Each class begins with a warm up, followed by a workout that may include, but not limited to, core conditioning, cardio, speed and endurance drills, strength training with dumbbells or resistance bands, yoga, fitness games, kickboxing, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, hill running/walking, and body weight exercises that target your trouble spots. You will be assessed at the beginning and end of each four-week program to monitor your progress.

Wellness Revival Training & Boot Camp believes in supporting and motivating you in your fitness journey. You will be asked to challenge yourself, but you will never be pushed beyond what you are comfortable with. At our camp, there is no competition—just hard-working people, like you, sweating it out before the start of their day.

People of all size, ages and abilities are welcome. Some campers are working on fat loss, some are starting a new fitness program, others are just looking for something new.

                       Regardless of your fitness level, Wellness Revival Training & Boot Camp is for you!

 

Investment

There are currently two different camp programs running.

Option 1: Carlsbad (Aviara)-  Early morning class.  4-week block meets Monday/Wednesday/Friday

3 x a week (12 sessions)= $149

Option 2: Del Mar/Solana Beach/Torrey Pines- Late morning. mid-day and evening classes.  4-week block meets Monday/Wednesday/Friday

 3 x a week (12 sessions)= $149

The average fee for a personal trainer is $50-$100 per session! Carlsbad Boot Camp is a fraction of that rate and you will be instructed by a certified personal fitness trainer in a fun, low-pressure, no competition, group environment.
